Return Policy
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, including sale items. Returns requested after this timeframe, or that don't meet the criteria below, are not eligible.
Eligibility Requirements
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. All original tags must be attached. Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible.
Non-Returnable Items (hygiene reasons)
Bikinis and swimwear, unless the hygiene liner is intact and unremoved.
Unacceptable Conditions for Returns
We're happy for you to try items on as you would in a shop, but please avoid wearing them out. We can't accept items that are damaged, marked, or showing signs of wear; affected by makeup, deodorant, perfume, or odours; or missing original tags.
How to Start a Return
Email support@saint-rosalie.com with your order number and the reason for return. Our team will confirm eligibility and guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
