All orders qualify for free standard shipping, with no minimum spend required, to destinations worldwide.

Order Processing
Orders placed before 11:59 PM are dispatched from our warehouse within 24–48 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 4–10 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by customs processing, courier delays, or other factors outside our control.

V.I.P Secured Shipping + Track & Trace
For added peace of mind, you can upgrade to V.I.P Secured Shipping + Track & Trace at checkout for £2.95. This option includes full tracking from our warehouse to your door, along with priority handling.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. If you selected V.I.P Secured Shipping + Track & Trace, you will receive real-time updates throughout the delivery process.

Customs and Import Duties
Saint-Rosalie covers all customs and import duties on international orders. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

Incorrect Address
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. Saint-Rosalie is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
